ACHILLES' ASSAULT

Seni is a different kind of horse for Intrepid. His sire and dam alike were both outgoing creatures with an underlying fire and he has definitely taken after his parents in that regard. He's very alike to his sire in that consistency is key with him. He must respect you in order to listen you. If you give him an inch, he will take a mile. Seni is a colt that is never afraid to assert himself and will gladly take control if his handler won't.
Fortunately for us all, the colt has shown a strong partiality to Brody Graham and the two just seem to be a match made in heaven. Brody is patient with Seni's temper flare-ups, but also firm enough to put the colt in his place when required. Nick's main concern when training this colt was that he didn't want to crush his spirit because it is that very spirit that makes Seni such an amazing racehorse.
LEG TYPE: CLOSER
On race day Seni is very much the people's choice because of his looks and the way he carries himself. He's always amped up, primed and on the muscle - ready to go, but needs to be held in check so he doesn't wash himself out. He loads pretty easily, but when it comes to breaking he isn't necessarily the fastest. It works for him though because he has a wonderfully full and even stride to make up on any lost ground. He'll settle right into the back of the pack and when he finds a hole or is guided to the path, he will be off like a rocket and good luck trying to slow his roll once it starts.

+ Positively Precious reached G4 on the track. He has sired such horses as Red Wine Sprint (TSC) winner Ares, G1 HOTY winner Aphrodite's Chant, BC Juvenile Turf Sprint and BC F&M Dirt Sprint winner Artemis' Glory.
|
+ Indian Darling reached G1 status on the track, and finished third in both the Coaching Club American Oaks (TT) and the Mother Goose Stakes (TT). At four, she also finished third in the Winter Dawn Treader Cup. Achilles' Assault is the only foal of the dam to race.
+ Native Flame only reached G3 on the track, but he's more than made up for that in the breeding shed. He is the sire of such horses as BC Marathon winner Fire Dancer (dam of Prince of Wales Stakes (CTC) winner Prometheus, HOTY contender Exotic Dancer), good sire This Means War (sire of Belmont Stakes (TC) winner War of Redemption, HOTY winner Redemption Arc), G1 Van Guard (sire of HOTY contender Hecate), and Hall of Famer Sun King (sire of HOTY winner Redoubtable).
+ Flaming With Desire sired only Native Flame, and other information about him has been lost over time.
+ Native Harlot produced only a few foals in her breeding career, but quality definitely made up for low quantity. Aside from Native Flame, her other foals to race are major HOTY winner Proletariat and Woodbine Oaks (CTT), Wonder Where Stakes (CTT), and Breeders' Cup Distaff winner Earthly Witch. Proletariat won 10 races at two, half of those HOTY, and Earthly Witch won 12 HOTY races at three, giving both of them explosive seasons.
+ Strike The Win was moderate at best on the racetrack, but she's quite the blue hen of a broodmare. She has produced such foals as good G1 runner Winning Touch (dam of G1 gelding Fire It Up, G1 HOTY winner Winning Fire), Triple Tiara placed mare Awestruck, Y19 Dirt Horse of the Year Key West, and HOTY runner Charmed Weapon.
